Rod Dunlap, President of the Board
Rod is the husband of Executive Director Maria Dunlap, father of Vivian Dunlap, and also the father to two other beautiful children, Iris and Fulton. He has a BA in sports management from Ohio University and a MA in religious studies with an emphasis on pastoral care from Mount St. Joe’s. Rod works full-time as the Director of Youth and Young Adult Ministry at St. John the Baptist Parish – Dry Ridge. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his family, hanging out with friends, golfing, and watching sports.
Jeromy Alt, Board Member
Jeromy Alt has been the Athletic Training Clinical Coordinator at the University of Cincinnati since moving to the area in 2006. He graduated from West Virginia University with a Master’s degree in Athletic Training and Eastern Illinois University with a Bachelor’s degree in Physical Education with an option in Athletic Training. Since 1997, he has been employed as an athletic trainer at West Virginia University and the University of Cincinnati. Jeromy is a member of St. Ignatius Parish and is Past Grand Knight of the LaSalle Knights of Columbus. When not working he spends most of his time with his family: wife, Lisa, and kids, Hunter and Kaitlyn. He also enjoys exercising, being outdoors and playing golf.
Steve Deiters, Board Member
Steve is currently working as a freelance writer/marketing strategist for Nehemiah Manufacturing and Ruah Woods. Prior to this work, he was founding principal at award-winning Creative Department for 22 years. There, Steve served as writer, strategist, creative director, client contact, account planner, futurist, General Manager, COO and CEO. The agency started with 3 and grew at one point to 28. He was a part of elevating brands from Busken Bakery to Tide Dry Cleaners, i-wireless, Batesville Casket Company, Hillenbrand, Mercy Health, The BMW Store, Procter & Gamble, Schmidt Söhne Riesling, Bockfest and Yagööt – and literally hundreds of others. In addition to his involvement with Vivian’s Victory, he also serves on the Board of Directors for the Brewery District Urban Redevelopment Corporation.
Dan Dunlap, Board Member
Dan Dunlap is the proud uncle of Vivian Dunlap. His brother, Rod, is the President of the Board and his sister-in-law, Maria, is the Executive Director. Dan is the Education Program Manager for the WAVE Foundation at the Newport Aquarium. Before joining the WAVE Foundation, he was a teacher at Shriner’s Hospital in Cincinnati, Ohio for nine years. Dan has also been a golf coach for Moeller High School for the past 12 years. The team just celebrated its first state championship in 2014! Additionally, Dan is a licensed REALTOR for Irwin I. Roth, Inc., the oldest real estate brokerage in Cincinnati. In his free time, he enjoys playing golf, and spending time with his wife and daughter, Avery. Also included in his family are a Black Lab, a Jack Russell Terrier, a few cats and a large collection of saltwater fish.
Janet Lees, Board Member
Janet Lees is the grandmother of Vivian Dunlap. She received her degree in physical therapy from The Ohio State University and operates Harrison Physical Therapy, a private physical therapy practice, with her husband. Janet is an active member of her parish, St. John the Baptist, and has served the community in a variety of ministries and organizations over the years. Janet and her husband, Tim, have seven children and several grandchildren.
Tim Lees, Board Member
Tim Lees is the grandfather of Vivian Dunlap. He received his degree in physical therapy from The Ohio State University and operates Harrison Physical Therapy, a private physical therapy practice, with his wife. Tim is an
active member of his parish, St. John the Baptist, and has served the community in a variety of ministries and organizations over the years. Tim and his wife, Janet, have seven children and several grandchildren.
Tim Tensing, Board Member
Tim Tensing is a sales management professional with over 30 years of business experience serving companies such as Cintas, Campbell Hausfeld, Sullair Corp. and Air Technologies. He and his wife have three children and attend St John the Baptist Parish, where they are active members.
